My name is George Starks IV, I’m a personal trainer local to the Quad Cities. Ever since I was young fitness has been a cornerstone of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve had the privilege of turning that passion into my career. I work with clients of all ages and experience levels—whether they’re stepping into the gym for the first time or fine-tuning years of training. My approach is results-driven yet personal, making sure each client feels supported, challenged, and motivated every step of the way.
My Journey into Fitness
My passion for exercise began in my childhood, fueled by years of playing sports and staying active. I was drawn not just to the physical challenge, but to the way sports and fitness brought people together. Over time, I realized how significantly exercise impacts both physical and mental well-being. That realization pushed me to become a personal trainer, so I could help others experience the same life-changing benefits that exercise has given me.
